All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

If you receive your order damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.
